AUDITION DATE FOR MISS NIGERIA OUT: SUBMIT APPLICATION AT ADDRESSES BELOW


Miss Nigeria Organization is calling for entries into the 41st and Diamond Jubilee edition of the most prestigious and oldest pageant in Nigeria.
Built as a platform to empower women beyond beauty, select young women have a chance to represent the 37 states (including the FCT) in Nigeria. Through very various strategic activities, they will be empowered to showcase their individual talents while competing for the crown.
With a wholesome combination of vintage glamour and modern elegance, the Miss Nigeria pageant promotes positive attributes of Nigerian women and, importantly, does not include a swimsuit competition or any other competitions that do not exude modesty.
In addition to winning the prestigious crown, the winner of the Miss Nigeria competition will be rewarded with a luxury car, N3 million, one year free accommodation in Lagos, and other amazing prizes and benefits.
Meanwhile, Times Multimedia, organisers of the pageant has shared their plans for this year’s pageant in a press conference that held over the last weekend in Lagos.
However, Miss Nigeria organisers have shared plans for the upcoming nationwide casting call for the 60th anniversary edition of the pageant.
According to the CEO, “​F​or this year’s event, we intend to have each State represented by its indigene. To do this, we have launched a digital Pan-Nigerian call-to-entry campaign, supported by in-person casting calls in key cities across the nation.​”​​


“The casting call tour kicks off in Abuja on Tuesday November 7th, 2017, and then we will proceed to Port-Harcourt on Thursday November 9th, before rounding up in Lagos on Saturday and Sunday November 11th – 12​th​”.
Interested applicants into the Miss Nigeria 2017 competition must be female Nigerian citizens between the ages of 18 and 25 years. They must be of good health and character, must not be married, mothers nor pregnant. They must also speak fluent English and not have any visible tattoos or body piercings.
Interested young women living outside the country and with valid Nigerian citizenship can also apply. To do this, applicants should submit a 2-minute video clip stating their name, age, occupation, a brief background and reasons why they wish to become Miss Nigeria 2017 competition.

They should upload to YouTube and send the link to us via email atinfo@missnigeria.ng. Or they can upload a 60-sec video clip to Instagram with the #MissNigeria2017and tag @missnigeriaorg. Successful candidates will be contacted on the next steps.
